2025 FREELANCER Awayday ticket

Your ticket includes all conference sessions, access to the exhibition stands area, a seated two-course buffet lunch, refreshments on arrival and during the morning and afternoon breaks. 

Freelancers who are directory members receive a £45 discount.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Membership validity will be verified for all discounted member tickets. 

• Overnight accommodation is NOT included in your ticket price. See the Awayday website for information on accommodation options.

• The 'Walk & talk', the Pre-conference dinner and the Awayday are separate events and can be attended on an individual basis if desired. New attendees have given feedback that the smaller pre-conference gatherings are very helpful in getting to know people before the main event.

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend that you take out your own insurance to cover the cost of your ticket to protect you in the case that you are unable to attend the event. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to reallocate your ticket.

• You will be asked about dietary requirements, conference badge name, access requirements, etc during the check-out process.
