Awayday travel & accommodation options
Our conference venue, the voco™ Oxford Spires Hotel, is situated approximately an hour's drive from London Heathrow airport, 2 hours from London Gatwick, 1.5 hours from Birmingham airport and around an hour by train or car from the cities of London and Birmingham.
Many of our delegates choose to stay at the conference venue itself and report that the accommodation and facilities are of a high standard. However, for those on a tighter budget, there are other more pocket-friendly options that members have told us have worked well for them. The voco™ Oxford Spires Hotel does have a number of twin rooms, too, so organising a room share via our Facebook group would be a great way reduce cost while making a new connection.
Delegates receive a discounted flexible B&B room rate of £160 single occupancy and £170 double or twin occupancy (can be cancelled up to midday of the day of check in) which includes access to the pool, steam room, sauna and gym.
