• Access will be given to the stand from 8am on Friday 13 September and the stand can remain in place until the end of the day (5pm).

• Each exhibition stand includes one conference ticket giving access to all conference sessions, with lunch and all refreshments included. 

• The exhibition stand consists of a provided 5ft table located in or immediately adjacent to the Cathedral Suite, where the conference sessions take place and refreshments are served.

• Delegates are able to visit the stands freely during the welcome coffee and all breaks.

• Please note that the number of stands is limited and they tend to be reserved quite quickly.
