Connect, showcase and grow: exhibition and sponsorship opportunities at the 2025 Awayday
Exhibition stands
Feedback consistently shows that publishers and suppliers find attendance to be a valuable experience for both the company and the editorial team.
Attending in person, having an exhibition stand and/or sponsoring some element of the Awayday enables you to:
-
organise in-person meetings and build rapport with your existing valued freelancers.
-
meet new diverse, experienced editors and authors with up-to-date skills to broaden your freelance pool.
-
line up freelancers for pipeline projects (consider posting a Job Spot advert prior to the Awayday outlining possible roles and inviting freelancers to meet to discuss them).
-
invite your in-house team to conference sessions on current innovations, issues and trends affecting our sector and publishing processes.
-
take part in meaningful discussion with representatives of other publishing organisations, packagers and small and medium-sized suppliers.
-
contribute to the collective development of the freelance community through open and honest dialogue.
-
have a platform to speak directly to all delegates, highlighting your brand values and how you work with freelancers (and publishing organisations) through a range of sponsorship options.
-
Access will be given to the stand from 8am on Friday 3 October and the stand can remain in place until the end of the day (5pm).
-
Each exhibition stand includes one conference ticket giving access to all conference sessions, with lunch and all refreshments included.
-
The exhibition stand consists of a provided 5ft table located in or immediately adjacent to the Cathedral Suite, where the conference sessions take place and refreshments are served.
-
Delegates are able to visit the stands freely during the welcome coffee and all breaks.
-
Please note that the number of stands is limited and they tend to be reserved quite quickly.

FPP member – Publisher (or organisation, including 1 conference ticket), £500
Non-member – Publisher (or organisation, including 1 conference ticket), £600
