5pm – Walk & Talk Networking (free event for all)
Freelancers and Publishers are warmly invited to join the ELTpp team for a 'walk & talk' by the River Thames. All weathers; bring appropriate clothing.
Meet outside the hotel foyer. No ticket necessary.
6pm Social drink (free event for all)
Everyone is welcome to join us in the hotel bar for a relaxed chat. Awayday newbies are particularly welcome – we'll be looking out for you.

19.30 – 22.00 Pre-conference dinner (ticketed)
This social dinner is a great opportunity for Freelancers and Publishers to mingle and meet before the conference. The evening includes a range of grill options (dietary requirements catered for), dessert, and a fun collaborative quiz during the latter part of the evening. We are very grateful to Caroline Krantz, who is a well-known ELT author and an FPP member, for preparing and hosting the quiz.

Who is the day aimed at?
Sessions are aimed at a broad range of roles within the Educational and English Language Teaching sectors of publishing. Our main audience consists of freelancers, but many representatives of publishing houses and other organisations operating in the educational publishing industry also attend, so it is a great opportunity for networking.
