Freelance Publishing Professionals runs a dynamic online directory that brings together freelancers and publishers in the Educational and English Language Teaching publishing sectors. This user-friendly directory allows freelancers to upload an eye-catching profile with photo, and advertise their availability directly to market-leading publishers.
Member profiles are optimised for the Educational and ELT publishing sectors and feed into a powerful search tool that enables publishers to find the exact skills and experience they are looking for. The directory covers all related freelance roles – editors, writers, designers, artists, project managers, audio/video producers, etc. Publishers can also post Job Spot adverts, for which members receive instant notifications. Freelancers are also able to post freelancer-to-freelancers adverts.
There is also a private members' area with special discounts, resources, useful website links and a private discussion group for members. A bi-monthly programme of live CPD webinar events is included in the annual membership fee and ensures that members develop new skills and stay abreast of industry news. Online training workshops are also periodically offered.
